The Director or Emergency Services will have 24 hour accountability and responsibility for planning, budgeting, and overall direction and operation of Emergency Department, and patient care operations of the hospital.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Above average communication skills in all forms
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC Five (5) years healthcare experience in ER Medicine
- VA nursing License
- Registered Nursing License
- Masters degree in profession, healthcare administration or business administration desirable
- Progressive supervisory experience in specialized field with advanced administrative operations management in ER preferred.
