Corona sees the grand opening of Embody Pole Fitness, Women’s Answer to a Male Dominated Gym scene.
Corona, Calif., June 13, 2014 - For year’s gyms and the notion of physical fitness were completely male-centered. Where do women go when they want to work out in an environment that is comfortable, while doing exercises that are elegant and physically demanding in a way designed just for them? Embody Pole Fitness is a new way to work out in the Inland Empire. Celebrating their grand opening off the 15 freeway at 1539 East Ontario Ave Suite 104 on July 10th Corona’s only pole studio will be throwing a catered event with wine, music, and demonstrations by the instructors.
The dance, weight, and aerobic programs include flexibility training, and of course climbing, hanging, spinning, swinging and dancing on the pole. These fun and sexy work outs can burn 600 calories per hour and a half of class and are a great way to gain incredible arm strength and muscularly defined core and thighs. An exercise program strictly for women that combines exotic dance moves with versatile body weight support tricks; Embody not only promotes health and fitness, but develops confidence, self-esteem, and personal awareness.
