Basic/Intermediate Pole Tricks Class |
If you want to feel sexy and tone your muscles at the same time - then this class is for you. We start out with a yoga stretch with an emphasis on improving flexibility in the legs, shoulders, and back. Wanna learn those crazy tricks you see on YouTube but don’t know where to begin? This class teaches you the foundation and safe execution of tricks to get you started. You’ll be flying before you know it!

Intermediate/Advanced Pole Class |
If you are ready to defy gravity this class is definitely for you! In this class we will take you through advanced holds, combinations, and full routines packed with jaw dropping tricks. Build muscle and increase your self confidence with this high-flying, high-energy class. This class can only be attended upon instructor approval.

Pole Dance Aerobics |
This 45 minute drop-in class focuses on simple choreography, including pole tricks, transitions, and filler moves. Get an amazing workout while learning a fun pole dance routine.
