Excellent job done by John Doe despite numerous setbacks which were mainly caused by problems with B&Q! Throughout the whole process John proved himself to be honest, reliable and the actual work done on the bathroom was completed to a very high standard. Overall we were very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation using John again or recommending him to friends and family.
